WEEKLY FITNESS ACTIVITIES

  • Walking in the Gym
    Daily: 7:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. 
    Check with Fitness Center regarding other times the gym is open for walking. 
    Cost is $1 per walk for non-members of Fitness Center; free for members

 

  • Pickleball in the Gym
    NEW EXPANDED DAYS & TIMES ON 3 INDOOR COURTS

Mondays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Tuesdays 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Thursdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Cost is $3/person; all skill levels are welcome!

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:45 to 6:30 p.m.

Fall Circuit Training with Karen
Tuesdays,  Sept. 10 – Oct. 15, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
$40, Gym
Run through stations at your own pace with Karen cheering you on!

 

Fall Yoga with Kelly
Thursdays, Sept. 5 – Oct. 10, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
$45, Multipurpose Room 
Join us for relaxing gentle yoga in the BAC Multipurpose Room.  
Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and join us!
