WEEKLY FITNESS ACTIVITIES

WALKING IN THE GYM
Walk in the mornings 5 days/week 

Monday & Thursday, 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. 
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Check with Fitness Center regarding other times the gym is open for walking. 

  • Cost is $1 per walk for non-members of Fitness Center; free for members

 

PICKLEBALL IN THE GYM
Play Pickleball 5 days/week on 3 indoor courts

Mondays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Tuesdays 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Saturdays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

PICKLEBALL FOR BEGINNERS & LESS COMPETITIVE  
Mondays & Thursdays 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Learn to play. Equipment and instruction provided.

Wednesday evenings 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Pickleball for beginners and those who want to play a non-competitive game

  • Cost is $3/person; all skill levels are welcome!

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:45 to 6:30 p.m.
Multipurpose Room 

  • Punch card $50 for 11 punches, or drop-in fee is $10/class.

 

Circuit Training with Karen
Tuesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Gym
Run through stations at your own pace with Karen cheering you on!

  • Punch card $50 for 8 punches, or drop-in fee is $10/class.

 

Yoga with Kelly
Thursdays, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Multipurpose Room 
Join us for relaxing gentle yoga in the BAC Multipurpose Room.  
Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and join us!

  • Punch card $50 for 8 punches, or drop-in fee is $10/class.

 

OPEN GYM VOLLEYBALL

Adult Open Gym Volleyball – Saturdays, BAC Gymnasium
13 Weeks in January, February & March

Saturdays, 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
January 4, 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, 19, March 7, 14, 21, 28
$3/player, per day 
All skill levels are welcome. 

  • Registration is not necessary for this "open gym" activity.
