WEEKLY FITNESS ACTIVITIES

  • Walking in the Gym
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon 
    Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
    Cost is $1 per walk for non-members of Fitness Center; free for members

  • Pickleball in the Gym
    Tuesday, 5:30  
    Thursday, 10 a.m.  
    Saturday, 9 a.m.  
    Cost is $3/person 

  • Open Gym  Drop-In Volleyball 
    Saturdays in February
    9 a.m. to 12 Noon
    $3 per person per day

 

FITNESS CLASSES 

Punch Card for 11 classes: $50, Punch Card for 4 classes: $20 
Drop-in fee for 1 class: $5

  • JUMPS!
    Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45 p.m. – Multipurpose Room
     

SPRING CIRCUIT TRAINING 

  • Thursdays, Feb. 21 thru April 4
  • 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Ages 12 and older. Youth 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Training for any fitness level.
  • $35 for six classes
